Viral Gluten Free and Vegan Porridge Bowl

45g Amisa Pure Porridge Oats

30g vanilla protein powder

1/2 mashed banana

150ml water

 

Toppings:

Vegan yoghurt

Cinnamon

Blackberries 

Maple syrup

  1. In a blender, blend the porridge oats until a fine flour-like consistency. 
  2. In a small, microwavable bowl, mix the oat flour, protein powder, mashed banana and water. 
  3. Once fully combined, microwave for 4 ½ minutes.
  4. Top with some vegan yoghurt, cinnamon and blackberries (we drizzled ours with maple syrup and microwaved for 20 seconds to make it nice and juicy). Enjoy the comfort of pancakes in a fun new way with this delightful bowl!
