Gluten Free Chocolate and Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

1 banana, mashed

65g peanut butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

90g Amisa Pure Porridge Oats

60g dark chocolate chips

50g peanuts, chopped

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter and maple syrup. Once fully combined, stir in the oats, chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
  3. Scoop the cookie dough into small balls and place onto the baking tray, flatten the balls slightly and add some extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  4. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Once fully baked, remove from the oven, leave to cool and then enjoy.
