Banana Porridge with Amisa Pure Porridge Oats
All good mornings start with porridge. Fact. Plus, our 'comforting and creamy' oats are also Great Taste Awarded!
50g Amisa Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats
250ml your choice of milk
A pinch of salt
1 tsp maple syrup
A handful of strawberries
Banana, (one half mashed, the other into coins)
1 tbsp peanut butter
chia seeds for sprinkling
- Pour the oats into a saucepan, and pour in the milk, salt and mashed banana
- Bring to the boil, then turn the heat down and gently simmer for 5 minutes, stirring it occasionally until it’s at the consistency you desire.
- Whilst it’s cooking, chop the strawberries in halve and the other half of the banana into coins.
- Pour the porridge into a bowl, drizzle with maple syrup, add the fresh fruit, a dollop of peanut butter and sprinkle with chia seeds.
- Enjoy!
