PB & J Porridge

This classic combination on top of porridge is an absolute winner.

50g Amisa Gluten Free Porridge Oats

250ml almond milk (we like Plenish)

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp strawberry jam (we like Biona)

Granola for topping!

  1. Add your oats and almond milk to a pan, and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes, regularly stirring.
  2. When your porridge is the consistency you like, pour it into a bowl.
  3. Add a heaped tablespoon of peanut butter and strawberry jam then top with your favourite granola for a bit of crunch!
