3 Ingredient Gluten Free Wraps


90g Amisa Chickpea Flour

240ml water

Drizzle of olive oil, for frying

  1. Combine the chickpea flour and water into a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  2. Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add a few drops of oil into the pan to coat the base.
  3. Once the pan is hot, spoon or pour the chickpea mixture into the pan to create a thin layer. Use a spoon to spread the batter in a circular motion, making sure there’s no gaps or holes.
  4. After 2 minutes, flip the wrap over. Cook for another 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from the pan and repeat the process until the batter has run out. Leave the wraps to cool and fill them with your favourite fillings! These are great for prepping ahead of time.
