Blueberry Porridge Bowl

How d'you like your porridge in the morning? We like ours unashamedly swimming in blueberry sauce.

-50g Amisa Pure Porridge Oats
-250ml milk of your choice
-150g blueberries
-1 tbsp water
-1 tsp agave syrup
-1 tbsp peanut butter

  1. Put the oats and milk into a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  2. Whilst the oats are cooking, tip the blueberries, water and agave syrup into another pan and simmer on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes, or until the blueberries have burst and released their juices.
  3. Pour the porridge into a bowl, and top with the blueberry sauce and a dollop of peanut butter. Enjoy!
