-2 Amisa Buckwheat Crispbreads
-1 eating apple
-2 tsp honey
-1 tbsp cashew butter
- Core and slice your apple into thin slices, and place in a frying pan with half the honey. Cook on a medium heat until the apple slices are golden and carmelised.
- Spread your crispbreads with the cashew butter.
- Place the apple slices on top of the cashew butter, and finish with a final drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
