Caramelised Apple & Cashew Butter Crispbreads

Roasted apples on a crispbread? It may sound crazy but just taste it before you make your mind up. For those of you who enjoyed our cheat's millfeuille, this one's like a super quick tarte tatin...

-2 Amisa Buckwheat Crispbreads
-1 eating apple
-2 tsp honey
-1 tbsp cashew butter

  1. Core and slice your apple into thin slices, and place in a frying pan with half the honey. Cook on a medium heat until the apple slices are golden and carmelised.
  2. Spread your crispbreads with the cashew butter.
  3. Place the apple slices on top of the cashew butter, and finish with a final drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
