50g Amisa Gluten Free Pure Porridge Oats
250ml almond milk
1 small carrot, grated
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Handful of raisins
1 tbsp maple syrup
Handful of chopped pecans
- Add the oats, almond milk, grated carrot, cinnamon, nutmeg and some of the raisins to a pan over a medium heat.
- Cook for around 5-7 minutes, stirring often so the porridge doesn’t stick.
- When the porridge is the consistency you like, pour it into a bowl, top with yoghurt, maple syrup, chopped pecans, the remaining raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
