Christmas Chocolate Peppermint Baked Oats (Gluten Free!)

45g Amisa Pure Porridge Oats 

120ml oat milk

2 tbsp vegan yoghurt

1 tbsp cocoa powder

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp peppermint extract

Crushed candy canes

  1. Preheat the oven to 200/180C fan.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  3. Place the mixture into a small dish, sprinkle some more crushed candy canes on top, then place into the oven. Bake for 25 mins.
  4. Once fully baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Enjoy as a sweet, festive breakfast on Christmas morning.
