Christmas Chocolate Peppermint Baked Oats (Gluten Free!)
120ml oat milk
2 tbsp vegan yoghurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp peppermint extract
Crushed candy canes
- Preheat the oven to 200/180C fan.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Place the mixture into a small dish, sprinkle some more crushed candy canes on top, then place into the oven. Bake for 25 mins.
- Once fully baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Enjoy as a sweet, festive breakfast on Christmas morning.
