Easy Blueberry Cheesecake Baked Oats

200g Amisa Pure Porridge Oats

2 bananas

60g vegan protein powder (we used vanilla!)

420ml vegan milk (we used oat milk!)

1 tsp baking powder

120g frozen blueberries

1 tsp maple syrup

6 tbsp vegan vanilla yoghurt 

Drizzle of melted peanut butter, to serve

  1. Preheat the oven to 180/160C fan.
  2. Add the bananas to the bottom of a baking dish and roughly mash them with the back of a fork.
  3. Add the oats, protein powder, baking powder and milk. Mix until fully combined. 
  4. Add the frozen blueberries to a small bowl with the maple syrup and place in the microwave to melt for 30 seconds or until defrosted.
  5. Drizzle the blueberries over the oat mixture, then top with spoonfuls of vanilla yoghurt. 
  6. Swirl the topping together and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Drizzle with peanut butter and serve!
