2 Amisa Gluten Free Seeded Breakfast Rolls
4 Slices Vegan Bacon
2 Slices of Cheese
- Heat up some oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the vegan bacon according to package instructions. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and fry until white is just cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Slice Breakfast Rolls in half and toast in the pan until golden brown. Remove the top half of the roll and place the slices of cheese on the bottom half. Place a lid on the pan for about 30 seconds to melt the cheese with a very small amount of water.
- Remove from the pan and start layering up your sandwich by adding the bacon followed by the egg and the top of the bun. Serve and enjoy!
