Fig and Chutney Butter Board

1 Amisa French Baguette

Approx 250g vegan salted butter, softened

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp lemon zest

4 figs, sliced 

½ jar chutney of your choice

Sprig of fresh thyme

Pecans, chopped


Wooden board (any size)

  1. Using a wooden spoon, mix the vegan butter in a bowl to soften it completely.  It should be spreadable and soft but not melty. 
  2. Using the back of a spoon, spread the softened vegan butter all over the wooden board in swirls, until it is completely covered, and season with the sea salt and lemon zest. 
  3. Place the sliced figs onto the butter, along with spoonfuls of the chutney. 
  4. Add sprigs of fresh thyme and sprinkle with chopped pecans. 
  5. Tear the french baguette, dip it in the butter board and enjoy!
