1 Amisa French Baguette
Approx 250g vegan salted butter, softened
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp lemon zest
4 figs, sliced
½ jar chutney of your choice
Sprig of fresh thyme
Wooden board (any size)
- Using a wooden spoon, mix the vegan butter in a bowl to soften it completely. It should be spreadable and soft but not melty.
- Using the back of a spoon, spread the softened vegan butter all over the wooden board in swirls, until it is completely covered, and season with the sea salt and lemon zest.
- Place the sliced figs onto the butter, along with spoonfuls of the chutney.
- Add sprigs of fresh thyme and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Tear the french baguette, dip it in the butter board and enjoy!
