Fluffy Oat Pancakes

For Pancakes

150g Amisa Pure Porridge Oats 

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda

250ml oat milk

For Topping:

50g vegan chocolate, melted

1 banana, sliced

  1. Blend oats until you reach a fine powder.
  2. Place the blended oats into a bowl, alongside the rest of the pancake ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter consistency.
  3. Next, heat up oil in a frying pan and add a small amount of pancake batter. Cook for 2 minutes until you see little bubbles appearing.
  4. Flip the pancake and let the other side cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Repeat for the rest of the batter.
  6. Finally serve up your pancakes with a drizzle of melted chocolate and top with some slices of banana and enjoy.
