Gluten Free Blueberry Oat Crumble
This juicy little number has got to be the simplest and tastiest crumble recipe ever. Ever. EVER. Whatever fruit you've got in, fresh, tinned or frozen, chuck it in a dish and try this Gluten Free oaty topping for brilliant levels of crunch. Bake on foodie friends, bake on.
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-1/4 cup almond butter
-1/3 cup maple syrup
-1 cup Amisa Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats
-1/2 cup ground almonds
-Enough berries (whichever type you prefer, we used blueberries) to fill an oven dish
-Yoghurt of your choice (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Melt your coconut oil, and mix together with the maple syrup and almond butter into a smooth mixture.
- Mix in your oats and ground almonds until the ingredients all form together.
- Tip your berries (these can be fresh, tinned or frozen) into a heatproof oven dish.
- Spoon your mixture onto the berries, and spread it out as evenly as possible.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite yoghurt and watch the rich juices swirl together. Enjoy!
