Gluten Free Caramelised Banana Crumble

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 medium ripe banana, chopped

1 tbsp maple syrup

50g Amisa Pure Porridge Oats

1 tsp peanut butter

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cinnamon

100g plant based Greek yoghurt

Handful dark chocolate chips

  1. Start by melting the coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium-heat. Place half of the chopped bananas into the pan and fry with the maple syrup.
  2. Begin making the crumble by mashing the other half of your banana and mixing with oats, peanut butter, chia seeds and cinnamon.
  3. Add this crumble mixture into the frying pan then flip over your banana slices.
  4. Place the yoghurt into a bowl and top with the caramelised bananas, crumble, chocolate chips and enjoy!
