Gluten Free Chocolate and Peanut Butter Oat Cookies
1 banana, mashed
65g peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
60g dark chocolate chips
50g peanuts, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter and maple syrup. Once fully combined, stir in the oats, chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
- Scoop the cookie dough into small balls and place onto the baking tray, flatten the balls slightly and add some extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Once fully baked, remove from the oven, leave to cool and then enjoy.
