Gluten-Free Fresh Summer Toast

2 Amisa Focaccia Rolls

1 ripe avocado

Fresh vegan burrata

1 peach

1 tbsp olive oil

Sea salt flakes

  1. Slice the focaccia rolls and toast them in a heated pan with a dash of olive oil until golden brown,
  2. Smash the avocado and spread it on the toast.
  3. Place slices of juicy peach and chunks of fresh burrata on top.
  4. Drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle with flaky salt and freshly ground pepper.
  5. Now, enjoy a delicious lunch on a hot summer’s day!
