Gluten free ghost cupcakes
Amisa Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix
3 eggs
100ml milk
225g of softened butter (or dairy free butter)
170g of powdered sugar
200g of marshmallow creme
Choc chips or other black, round cake decorations for eyes
- Prepare cupcakes according to Amisa box directions and allow to cool
- Cream butter and vanilla with a mixer until fluffy
- Gradually add in powdered sugar until incorporated
- Fold in marshmallow creme
- Transfer to a piping bag with a round tip
- Frost each cupcake and make eyes with mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
