Gluten free ghost cupcakes

Amisa Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix 

3 eggs

100ml milk

225g of softened butter (or dairy free butter) 

170g of powdered sugar 

200g of marshmallow creme 

Choc chips or other black, round cake decorations for eyes

  1. Prepare cupcakes according to Amisa box directions and allow to cool
  2. Cream butter and vanilla with a mixer until fluffy
  3. Gradually add in powdered sugar until incorporated
  4. Fold in marshmallow creme
  5. Transfer to a piping bag with a round tip
  6. Frost each cupcake and make eyes with mini chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve
