50g Amisa Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats
250ml organic almond milk (we like Plenish)
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tsp agave syrup
A handful of chopped pistachios
1 tbsp yoghurt of your choice
1 tbsp goji berries
Matcha white chocolate (optional)
- First, heat the oats and almond milk in a pan over a medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
- While the porridge is cooking, prepare your toppings.
- Once the porridge is cooked, pour into a bowl and stir in the matcha powder and agave syrup.
- Top with a dollop of yoghurt, an extra drizzle of agave syrup, and decorate with the remaining toppings. Enjoy!
