Strawberry Bircher Muesli

Bircher muesli, overnight oats, whatever you want to call them, make them layered people!

-100g Amisa Organic Gluten Free Pure Porridge Oats
-2 tsp chia seeds
-300ml oat milk
-4 tbsp soy/coconut yogurt
-6 strawberries, mashed
-2 tbsp peanut butter

  1. Add the Amisa Oats, chia seeds, yoghurt & oat milk to a bowl and stir until combined and creamy. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for a couple of hours, or overnight.
  2. Once ready, layer half of the mashed strawberries at the bottom of a glass jar, followed by half of the oat mixture. Then repeat another layer of mashed strawberries, followed by the peanut butter.
  3. Top with the remaining oats, then top with extra strawberries and a handful of granola!
  4. If you want to make up a batch in advance, the oat mixture will keep in the fridge for 3-5 days.
