2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
250ml plant-based milk
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and top with sliced banana and a sprinkle of oats. A delicious gluten free breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up!
